Shipping & Returns
In how many days can I get my Jade Moon products?
Your order will be prepared at Jade Moon and should reach you within 3-5 working days. Once Jade Moon has packed your order for shipment, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation notice via email. The email contains your order details and the package tracking number.
Please take note: Orders are prepared and delivered on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays). Shipping fees are not eligible toward rewards programs or promotions.
Goods sold are not refundable unless it’s under below circumstances:
1) If the purchased item is damaged during shipment, you may return it within 7 days from the date of invoice / cash bill. Courier charges for returned / replaces items shall be borne by us.
2) For goods that are sent wrongly by Jade Moon, you may return it within 7 days from the date of invoice / cash bill. Courier charges for returned / replaces items shall be borne by us.
- Kindly inform our customer service within 3 working days upon receiving the goods otherwise the request will not be processed.
- Overdue of the date is not eligible for return and exchange.
- Items once opened or damaged due to misuse or caused by human negligence are not eligible for return and exchange.
- Please provide the return parcel tracking number.
