How do I use Jade Moon’s products?

How do I make sure that the Jade Moon’s pure organic essential oils are well taken care of?

With essential oils, the way you keep and care for it after purchasing with Jade Moon will determine the strength of its efficacy. Hence, kindly do the following:

  • Store your essential oil(s) in a cool, dry and dark place away from heat and light.
  • Keep your essential oil(s) well-sealed.
  • Store your essential oil(s) out of sight and the reach of children.
  • Never store your essential oil(s) in plastic bottles.
  • When blending oils, use glass apparatus and storage containers, not plastic.
  • Properly stored essential oil(s) will last for up to five years. Do refer to the expiration date on the label of your Jade Moon pure essential oil(s).
Can I use Jade Moon’s essential oils to make anything?

Yes, practically anything and everything! Our essential oil has very versatile ingredient. If you want to create any types of oil, do contact our expert aroma therapists and perfumers for assistance.

Can Jade Moon customize blends to create a particular mood?

Definitely. We can create essential oil blends to enlarge breast size, fight freckles as well as to improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks and uneven skin tone. Just tell us what you need, and we’ll try to make it happen for you.

How effective are Jade Moon’s products?

As with all other essential oil products, our products require daily usage to see the best results for you. However, you will notice remarkable changes because our essential oils are of excellent quality. We would love to work closely with you to make your experience with essential oils a pleasant and rewarding one.

What other custom-made services can Jade Moon offer?

Wedding gifts, party favors… anything or everything that your creativity conjures. Jade Moon is more than happy to work with you for what you want. Last year, we even custom-made aroma mooncakes.

What is My Account?

When you register, we create your very own, personalized Account page. Your account offers you the ability to select products, modify shipping dates, and access all the other details of your membership.

How do I register for My Account?

Simply click the register link in the Register area, enter the information that is required and click OK. Then, you can shop away at Jade Moon!

All of the information you supply is strictly confidential. It will be used by Jade Moon only to make a delivery or to improve our service to you.

How can I update my profile?

You can change your personal data in the My Account area at account settings.

How can I unsubscribe from email newsletters?

You can change your account preferences at any time by updating your personal data in the My Account section or by simply clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email that you received from us.

I forgot my user ID or my password

You can request a new password from the My Account section of the site by clicking on the forgotten password link, entering your email address and confirming your request. Your new password will then be emailed to you.

Payments

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and online payments. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

When will my credit card/debit card be charged?

We will charge your card on the date your order is set to process. For all Jade Moon orders, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to ship due to processing time. In the event your credit card or debit card is declined when we process your charge, we will continue to attempt to process your charge during the month until the transaction is approved.

We and our third party payment service providers may request, and we may receive, updated credit card information from your credit card issuer, such as updated card numbers and expiration date information when your credit card has expired. If such updated information is provided to us and our third-party payment service providers, we will update your account information accordingly, and will use such updated information to process payments for your future purchases and subscriptions.

Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt out of providing vendors and third-party payment service providers with your updated credit card information. If you wish to opt out of your credit card’s updating service, you should contact your credit card issuer.

Privacy Policy

Is my Personal Information secure?

All of the information you supply is strictly confidential. It will only be used internally by Jade Moon for customer service. You may read the Privacy Policy for more information.

Return Policy

Goods sold are not refundable unless it's under below circumstances:

1. If the purchased item is damaged during shipment, you may return it within 7 days from the date of invoice / cash bill. Courier charges for returned / replaces items shall be borne by us.

2. For goods that are sent wrongly by Jade Moon, you may return it within 7 days from the date of invoice / cash bill. Courier charges for returned / replaces items shall be borne by us.

•Kindly inform our customer service within 3 working days upon receiving the goods otherwise the request will not be processed.

•Overdue of the date is not eligible for return and exchange.

• Items once opened or damaged due to misuse or caused by human neglicence are not eligible for return and exchange.

• Please provide the return parcel tracking number.
