How To Use:

- Massage use: Add 10 drops (0.5ml) to 15-25ml of vegetable carrier oil.
Caring Caution:
- For sensitive skin, use half of the stated drops in the direction into any blend due to menthol content in the oil that may act as an irritant.
- Avoid using during pregnancy, nursing or under doctor’s care.
